The Gameboy Pocket was Nintendo's modern take on the classic DMG-01. Smaller but better feeling overall. Now, decades later, these consoles are aging and need a bit of a tune up. RetroRevive's Gameboy Pocket service will get your old childhood friend back and better than ever. 

Here's how it works:

Choose your options:

Don't know what to pick? Most working consoles just need the "Capacitor Replacement" option, which replaces all commonly failing components. But maybe you want something a little more custom. I've got you covered there too. Look over the options, and if you have any questions, send me an email!

Diagnostics:
Does your console not work anymore? The diagnostics option gives your console a thorough investigation to find out whatever the problem may be. sometimes the diagnostics cost is enough to cover most small issues, but in more severe cases we will contact you with details and an updated cost before proceeding.

Capacitor Replacement: 
Replaces the capacitors inside the console. 

Battery Contact Replacement:
Replaces the battery contacts if corroded 

Lens Replacement:
Replaces the plastic lens with a tempered glass one

Battery Cover Replacement:
Replaces the battery cover if missing or broken.

LED Mod:
Changes or replaces the color of the power LED

Replacement power board: 
Replaces the power board with a modern equivalent. 
Highly Recommended for adding any screen or speaker mods. Without this the mods may not work as well. 

Replacement Speaker:
Replaces the old speaker with a new one. 

Speaker Amp:
Increases the volume of the Speaker (New speaker recommended for this service)

IPS Screen Mod (Non Laminated)
Installs a backlit color screen into your console with additional features

Replacement Button Membranes:
Good for fixing squishy buttons
