Diagnostics:
Does your console not work anymore? The diagnostics option gives your console a thorough investigation to find out whatever the problem may be. sometimes the diagnostics cost is enough to cover most small issues, but in more severe cases we will contact you with details and an updated cost before proceeding.

Thumbstick Replacement (Joy-Con Drift Fix):
If your character moves on their own or the sticks feel worn, we’ll swap in fresh replacements. (for non switch lite models: If your console works fine and you just want to send in your joycons, please see our Controller Repair/Modding Service)

Screen Replacement:
For cracked, non-responsive, or dead screens — includes replacement of the LCD or digitizer, depending on the issue. 

Battery Replacement (Console or Joy-Con):
We’ll replace the internal battery in either the Switch itself or the Joy-Cons.

Game Card Reader or SD Reader Replacement:
Games not loading or SD cards not recognized? We’ll replace faulty card readers to get your system reading again.
