At Retro Revive, we specialize in a wide range of retro consoles, but the retro world is big, and some systems are rarer, or just less familiar to us. That doesn’t mean we won’t take a look, it just means we’ll be a little more cautious.

We love learning. And we know all retro tech deserves a second life, so we’re happy to take a look.

  Here’s How It Works:

  • You contact us with the system name and the issue you're experiencing or service you'd like done.

  • You ship the device to us, that’s the only cost you’ll cover unless we proceed with a repair.
    
    

  • We evaluate whether we can confidently repair it or source the right parts

  • If we move forward, you’ll pay Labor and Parts fees

  • If we can’t fix it, we’ll ship it back free of charge or may even offer to purchase it from you!

  We’ll never blindly attempt a repair and risk damaging your hardware — if we don’t know it, we’ll say so and either do the research or point you to someone who can.
